Since 1995 Deon & assoc. have built many projects. Paradise estates, Fern hill estate villa development,which compromises over 50 luxurious villas in 2, 3,& 4 bedroom each complete with pool. We also built the first condominiums on the island with 24 condos known as Nelson springs villa & spa. The 3 acre of beachfront property was landscaped by world renowned Julia toll.

Also Hamilton beach villa & spa has the finest amenities, tennis courts swimming pools, restaurant & state of the art fitness center completed in 2013. The latest project is called Port Daniel which will include shops, offices hotel suites & condos.
